im not one to really believe in horoscopes, but yet again astrology.com got it right. anyways, yeah im 25. it’s still kinda hard to fathom, i lived to be older than the notorious big. and next im going to pass up 2pac. im sort of glad that 24 came and went.i’d like to call it the worst and least productive year of my life. everything from quitting that last job, to knowing how it is to be a graphic designer in a free lance world, and just knowing the feeling of being under appreciated. its just been terrible. but i will say i’ve done a lot as far as getting to go out, but it still isn’t where i feel like i should be.
a couple days ago, i had my family birthday party. it was tied together with my nieces birthdays because rona jane’s birthday was the 13th and charlene’s was the 20th. my mom had to work on my bday so they decided to do it on the weekend. it was cool and all, got to see my cousins of course, and my nieces and nephews. so it was alright, even though i didn’t feel as if it were my party. i got me some cash… but now i gotta pay the bills. ugh.
(this blog is so out of order btw)
tonight was interesting. i finished editing my youtube video of me at the lakers game:
that game was pretty fun to be at. with the exception of the “get out of here” “holmes, dont you know that team doesn’t exist” and boooooo’s. i think this game could have been a lot better too, if only people bought tickets to it like i told some to do. but yeah, overall, its been a fun birthweek.
it’s pretty early in the morning right now, and i’ve received birthday greetings already. first place goes to gladys for commenting 2 days in advanced. 2nd place goes to jose, for kickin it at the family gathering, im sure he enjoyed the food. 3rd place goes to christine for actually sending me snail mail! props on that, and it coming a day before my birthday, had to have planned that one out. and thank you to ashley for hitting me up earlier. i got a call from mom about 2 hours ago, she called me from work just to tell me happy birthday, and i told her thanks for giving birth. =) .. i love mom. and not to long ago i got another greeting from another blogger.
shes good people. oh and i got serenaded too?! 25 is already looking good. ok, im getting tired and i need to get up semi-early to go attend some business stuff. anyways, thank you thank you thank you to all those who told me happy birthday. i don’t need much for my birthday, i just need for someone to remember my birthday. and you’ll know why i hate halloween as much as i do. ok ok. im off to sleep.
p.s. don’t look into her eyes.

today was erik and hury’s wedding. FINALLY. i’ve been working with them on their wedding for the past couple months. i made their wedding invitations and did the table cards yesterday. and im glad how everything came out. i was texting emilie about what time we should roll down to burbank for the wedding, then she tells me that she had to get her truck in glendale because it got towed last night from ktc’s show. so i get to her place about 4ish and the wedding started at 5ish. so we zoomed out to burbank and managed to get there before the wedding started. it was a nice scene out there, it was out on the hilltop of burbank with a great view. we spotted the best buy gang (which featured: richard, kristy, her sister kim, jedd, and justin) and decided to sit over there. i spotted jorge and rubio sitting up front and even saw kyle because he was one of erik’s groom’s men.
it was a nice service, and i must add it was longer than arnak and christy’s wedding. i was very happy for both after all, i worked with them where they first met! i guess best buy really does make, “you; happier”. yeah that was corny but oh well. i was recording the beginning of the wedding, then my camera starts to flash, and it shows that im out of battery. i was pretty pissed off at myself cause i knew i was supposed to recharge it too, but i didn’t. i just saved my battery to take a few more pictures like….
haha. and yeah jedd is in the picture.. or was in the picture, until i took him out if it with the use of photoshop of course. the best buy crew got our own table of course for the reception. and as soon as we got our seats it was on for the drinks, well, for the table, not as much me. the food was good, and we sat real close to a food accident with some spillage all over the floor. quite an entertaining dinner too, from sleepy music, to spicy bread to rock band to sex machine dancing. pretty chill night.
there were other pictures from the night, i just gotta remind myself to get them from kristy. i don’t think the newly weds have ever gone to this blog but i do wish them well and would be there for them anytime. the highlight of the night had to be when erik did his money dance. it wasn’t just a money dance, he did it solo while singing james brown’s sex machine. it was funny, and with all those spins, wow i would have fallen.
after the 131 group pictures, it was time for me and emilie to head on out. she had work the next day and had to write 2 papers. oh the fun times with a 7 dollar fm transmitter. it worked out well in the end. i’m about to take my nap pretty soon also. so the next big thing that might be up next is my birthday… =/ . god i’m old. i don’t want to think about it, so i’m just going to call it a night. peeeeeace people.

well heres part a part b alcohol & brevity video that i did. im not gonna front i was a bit lazy to do anything fancy to it. so i just synced this sucker up, and put the two angles side by side. it actually makes for some interesting dichotomy (yeah i said dichotomy in a sentence). theres a part early in the video where the two guys are on the left side and emilie is singing on the right, which i really liked. its too bad that i hadnt planned on the angles and location of where the cameras were going to be, otherwise i would have loved to have it like that the whole time. i liked ended up liking the video because it keeps you busy at looking at the whole performance on what everyone is doing. but yeah, there it is.
oh yeah. chrissy’s going away to chino hills party was pretty fun. more because it was fun to see the peeps there. i knew about 70 % of the people there this time, and the percentage is getting lower and lower after each party. there was this steel reserve 40 ounce beer that was getting passed down that i didnt know about until justice handed it off to me. i saw kristian come into the party with a cool pack of bud lights i think, and so i thought oh, um i guess they got one for me. so the beer was in my hands and i kinda glanced at emilie and then to steve to see if they wanted it. and emilie already had a drink in her hand and steve just tipped it to me, so i just opened it up and started drinking it. and you remember the first time you put beer in your mouth and that feeling it gave you, it did that to me. i almost had the bitter beer face, but i kept going at it. so we were getting a little hot inside the house and so we stepped out to chill. by then i was about half way done with the beer. we talked some more until boy asks me, “hey, where did you get that?” and i replied back, “umm, im not sure, justice gave it to me.” and then boy looks at me and he looked a little ticked. then he tells me that the beer was like a year old. and i was a little confused, and just had the WTF type moment. it sucked. so i had year old beer in my belly. awesome. we poured that can out, ughhh, no more passed down beer for me. ever. anyways, it was a fun time with most of the crew, and a bit controversial with my shirt. but oh well. =P
